Fear– that crippling emotion that has the power to leave anyone emotionally drained for a long time to come. Fear– that innately exists in humans and everyone else in varying levels. Fear– something that’s not limited to ghosts, ghouls, and monsters, because the society around us is filled with things much worse.

But your fear gradually, eventually, leads you to become who you are. So, would you want to live the rest of your life in fear of something or someone, or get over it and win your life?

Don’t fear to say no to someone, when you know what they’re asking for is beyond your boundaries and that you are not to be taken for granted.

Don’t fear to say out loud that something is wrong because if you don’t speak up now, there’s going to be a bigger wrong tomorrow.

Don’t fear to tell that you love someone, because if not now, then when, and if not them, then whom?

Don’t fear to walk away from something or someone that affects your life in even the slightest negative way, because that wasn’t the way you were supposed to live your life.

Don’t fear to fight back when someone violates your privacy in any possible way because no one has the right to inflict even a single wound in your life.

Don’t fear to talk about something that’s bothering you, because if you don’t open up, it’s going to eat you up for the rest of your life.

Don’t fear from anything that’s not worth your time and your energy. Because your fear is a momentary conception of your mind, but if you don’t let it go, that moment of fear goes on to become a lifetime of fear.

Perhaps this isn’t a great write-up. Not a good write-up either. But all I want to tell you is to walk out of your fear and be the strong person that you are.
